Who: Open to any students entering grades 7-12th in the fall of 2026.

What: Athletes will participate in running technique drills, speed training, running specific strength training, and endurance conditioning each day. Running safety and technique will be taught. This is an intense conditioning program. Plan on eating a good breakfast and competing against yourself each day.

WHO: Open to any students in grades 6-12th (grade entering in the fall of 2026).
We will be splitting this into 2 sessions, Early Morning, Late Morning.
Groups may be adjusted due to numbers.

SESSION 2: All Incoming 9th-12th Grade GIRLS, All Incoming 9th -12th Grade Football Players, All Incoming 9th-12th Grade BOYS not playing Football 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

WHERE: Lafayette Weight Room, MPR, Stadium and Track (A Rockwood Sponsored Camp)

To help accommodate our shirt provider, shirt orders will be placed on day 1 of camp. Additional sign-ups after that
may not receive a t-shirt.
EXPECTATIONS: Eat breakfast and be hydrated for each workout. Students need to make sure to bring any medical supplies needed
(such as inhalers, etc) every day they attend. Students need to have that on them.
Attendance: Be early to check in each day for attendance. Students will be responsible for checking their name off the
list once the attendance sheets are made.
WHAT: Athletes will be divided into 3-5 groups depending on the number of students signed up in each group.
They will participate in weight training, speed training, agility drills, and conditioning each day.
Safety and Lifting techniques will be taught. This is an intense lifting and conditioning program.
Plan on eating a good breakfast and competing against yourself each day.

Mini Camps will consist of reviewing correct form, practicing multiple strokes, drills for increased efficiency, conditioning and stretches, review scoring, complimentary tennis balls, and mini-competition. These camps are for all incoming middle and high school boys and girls. Attend one, two or three, or all of them!

Grade: incoming 6th through 12th graders

This camp will stress fundamentals during the first hour of each day. The areas covered will include serving, passing, setting, and blocking. The second hour of each day will consist of scrimmage and play situations. Grade level will refer to the grade students will enter in the fall of 2025.
Registration Requirements for Students Entering 9th-12th Grade
Private school students and non-resident students entering ninth grade are NOT eligible for enrollment in accordance with MSHSAA rules. For additional information call (636) 733-4100 and speak with the athletic office.
