PreACT - Sophomores

All LHS sophomores are automatically registered to take the PreACT.
The PreACT provides students with a realistic ACT test experience and provides a predicted ACT performance. The PreACT also includes a student interest inventory with results reported to the student and school. A total of 4 subject areas are assessed: English, reading, math and science.
Exam day details are listed below.
Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Time: Periods 1, 3 and partially 5 (8:28 am - 12:46 pm). Students will report to lunch after the exam, and then to their 5th hour class.
Locations: Back Gym and MPR
Bring: Two #2 non-mechanical pencils and a calculator
Students are to report to their testing location immediately upon arrival at school. Students should leave cellphones and backpacks in their lockers.
Score reports will be distributed through the students' academic lab.
